VRFY Solutions Group UK Ltd (“VRFY”) was established to develop secure transcription and communications-intelligence technology intended for use in regulated and high-trust operational environments where auditability, compliance, and evidentiary integrity are important.
The Company initially focused on law enforcement and defence use cases. As development progressed, the same underlying requirements have been identified in adjacent regulated settings, including legal and justice workflows, financial compliance, corporate security, and insurance, where organisations face increasing volumes of recorded communications, manual processing constraints, and heightened regulatory expectations.
VRFY is developing its platform using cloud infrastructure and security controls appropriate for regulated deployments, and is focused on interoperability with existing enterprise systems. Adoption in these markets remains dependent on technical validation, regulatory alignment, and institutional procurement processes, which are typically long and uncertain.

VRFY’s mission is to develop technology intended to support the secure handling and analysis of recorded communications in environments where accuracy, auditability, and compliance are important.
In sectors such as law enforcement, justice, finance, insurance, healthcare, and corporate compliance, organisations are increasingly required to manage large volumes of recorded communications within strict regulatory and security constraints. Existing manual and semi-manual transcription processes can be resource-intensive and difficult to scale, particularly as regulatory expectations continue to evolve.
VRFY is developing a platform that combines AI-enabled transcription with security and compliance controls designed for regulated operational settings. The platform is intended to support structured data handling, review, and disclosure workflows, while recognising that deployment and adoption depend on regulatory alignment, institutional trust, and successful integration into existing systems.
The Company’s objective is to support organisations operating in high-trust environments as they seek to modernise transcription and communications workflows, acknowledging that real-world outcomes depend on validation, procurement processes, and regulatory approval.

The investment will accelerate adoption within UK police forces, and lay the groundwork for expansion into sectors such as healthcare.
